This privacy policy applies to the MomLook - Save Kids Art app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by PixelPort LLC (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Freemium service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".
What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?
The Application does not collect or transmit any personal information from your device. All content you create or save within the Application — including photos, drawings, and related data — is stored locally on your device. The Application does not require registration or an account to use its core features.
If you subscribe to a premium plan, your content may be synced across your devices using Apple iCloud. This sync is handled entirely by Apple's iCloud infrastructure and is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. The Service Provider does not have access to your iCloud data.
You may delete all locally stored data at any time by deleting content within the Application or by uninstalling the Application from your device.
AI Features
When using AI-powered features (story generation, animation, narration, illustration), artwork images and the child's first name and age are temporarily transmitted to our secure servers for processing. This data is not stored and is discarded immediately after processing. No personal information is retained on our servers as a result of using these features.
Does the Application collect precise real-time location information of the device?
This Application does not collect precise information about the location of your mobile device.
Third Party Access
The Application utilizes the following third-party service for subscription and purchase management. This service may collect limited anonymized data related to your purchase transactions. Please refer to their privacy policy for details:
The Service Provider may disclose information:
- as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process;
- when they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;
- with their trusted services providers who work on their behalf, do not have an independent use of the information we disclose to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy statement.
Opt-Out Rights
You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.
Data Retention Policy
Since the Application stores all data locally on your device, you have full control over your data at all times. You can delete any content within the Application or remove all data by uninstalling the Application. If you use iCloud sync as a premium subscriber, you can manage or delete your iCloud data through your device's iCloud settings.

Children
The Application is designed to help parents and guardians preserve their children's artwork. While children may appear in or create content saved by the Application, the Application is intended to be operated by parents or guardians.
The Application does not collect any personal information from any user, including children under the age of 13. All premium content and purchases within the Application are protected by parental gates to prevent unauthorized access by children.
The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has somehow provided personal information, please contact the Service Provider at pixelportllc@pm.me so that they can take the necessary actions.
Security
The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. Since the Application stores all data locally on your device and does not collect personal information, there is minimal risk of your data being accessed by unauthorized individuals. Premium subscribers who use iCloud sync benefit from Apple's built-in encryption and security measures.
Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes to the Privacy Policy by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
